Paige's Sneak Peek

It was awesome photographing Paige!!  She is attractive, easygoing and wanted to go to a salvage yard!!  Together we came up with some great ideas and her bright smile just made it really hard to choose just a few to sneak peek.  She has a few great serious shots too though.  Let me know what you think of the B/W where she is looking away.  I like the shot but not sure I see Paige as the brooding type?

Sara's Sneak Peek

The other night I photographed Sara Maxwell, a senior from Newton.  Sara was very laid back and easy to work with.  She had these blue grey eyes that were so powerful I found backgrounds that would highlight her eyes.  We got some awesome looks!!

Sara was great; she put up with climbing in a bunch of grasses and weeds as well as getting in the back of a semi trailer....thank you Sara!

A Little bit country...The Wedding Day!

Sarah and Jerry are one of those couple that just work!  I could tell from the beginning in our very first meeting, I had a good feeling about them.  The engagement session helped solidify that; they were awesome and last Saturday despite being a very warm day Sarah and Jerry both were the model of calm yet, deep emotion.

Thank you both for allowing me to be a part of your special day!  By the way it was an absolute privilege to get to work with Shelby and all the other young ladies involved in the day!  You guys are a great family!!  To top things off was the beauty of the Winterset City Park, what a neat place!!

Trevia's Sneak Peak!!

I photographed Trevia's Senior Experience on Sat.  I knew from click #1 of the shutter that she was going to be a gas!!  She was!  Love the color in the hair and the sense of style and variety in her clothes.  She opted to do the Warehouse add-on to her session and we got some very unique images up there as well as some other shots around town!

Warehouse Space for Seniors!!

It actually isn't just for seniors but I think they will really like it.  It really is a piece of Newton history too.  A lot of the 2nd floors in Newton were inhabited with businesses and residences a few decades ago.  Amanda, my assistant and I did a ton of cleaning but it still has plenty of grunge!!  By the way if anyone has some old "vintage stuff" you want to bring to you session or are looking to get rid of let me know.  Here are a couple of my seniors that were willing to be my warehouse model....THANKS.  Enjoy a few images from their sessions!!
